1. Basis of Contract

  • “We, Us, Our, Ourselves” is We Work Services Limited t/a Call Safe.
  • “You, Your, Yourself” is the person ordering goods.
  • “Goods” are items available for purchase on the Website or via phone.

2. Customer Status

We dispatch the products upon full payment. Orders from individuals under 18 are not accepted. By ordering, you confirm being 18 or over.

3. Delivery

Delivery estimates are indicative. Report non-delivery promptly for investigation.

4. Price and Payment

Payment by credit/debit card, bank transfer, or direct debit. Provide payment details when ordering.

5. Right to Cancel

  • 5.1 You can cancel within 14 days without reason. Notify us clearly via post, email, or phone. Use the provided model cancellation form, not obligatory. Send cancellation before the deadline.
  • 5.2 If canceled, we’ll reimburse all payments, including standard delivery costs. Deductions may apply for goods’ diminished value. Reimbursement within 14 days or after goods return. Return goods to Call Safe, Office 9941, 182-184 High Street North, East Ham, London E6 2JA . Direct return cost around £5.00.

6. Data Protection

  • 6.1 Process personal data per our Privacy Policy (incorporated into these terms). By ordering, you consent and warrant data accuracy.
  • 6.2 Third-party payment facilities follow industry security practices. We’re not responsible for their data protection.

7. Guarantee

  • 7.1 12-month defect-free guarantee from delivery. Report defects promptly. Valid claims may result in replacement, repair, or full refund.
  • 7.2 Report damaged or incomplete goods on delivery for a refund or replacement, including return costs.

8. Liability

  • 8.1 No exclusion for death, personal injury, negligence, fraud, or unexcludable liability under English law.
  • 8.2 Breach liability limited to foreseeable losses, not exceeding the purchase price. Not responsible for indirect losses.
  • 8.3 Not liable for losses not foreseeable by both parties.

9. General

  • 9.1 Solely responsible for goods use, complying with applicable laws.
  • 9.2 Invalid terms won’t affect other terms. Events beyond our control may delay performance.
  • 9.3 No third-party rights. No liability for delays due to events beyond our control.
  • 9.5 Statutory rights for faulty goods remain unaffected.
  • 9.6 English and Welsh courts handle disputes. Residents of other regions can initiate proceedings locally.
  • 9.7 Alternative dispute resolution available via Small Claims Mediation (UK) Ltd.
