Cancellation Policy

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without providing any reason. The cancellation period ends 14 days from the day you received the goods or paid for a service. To cancel, inform us of your decision through one of the methods listed below. You may use the optional model cancellation form provided, but it’s not obligatory. To meet the deadline, send your cancellation statement before the 14-day period expires.

Reimbursement

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received, including delivery costs (except supplementary costs for a delivery type other than our least expensive standard option).

We may deduct from the reimbursement for any loss in value due to unnecessary handling by you. You are only responsible for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

We will reimburse promptly, no later than:

a) 14 days after receiving the returned goods from you,
b) 14 days after you provide evidence of returning the goods, or
c) if no goods were supplied, 14 days after being informed of your cancellation.

Reimbursement may be withheld until we receive the goods or evidence of their return, whichever is earliest. Reimbursement will use the same payment method as the initial transaction, unless agreed otherwise.

Returning Goods

Send the goods to Call Safe, Office 9941, 182-184 High Street North, East Ham, London E6 2JA, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from canceling the contract. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods, estimated at approximately £5.00.
